Short animations made start to finish on our own hardware. Claude blocks out the scenes in Blender, ComfyUI generates the effects and sound on the GPU box down the hall, and the finished cuts land on YouTube.

How they're made

1 · Script & boardsThe idea gets broken into shots and timings with Claude.

2 · Blender scenesClaude drives Blender over MCP to place the cameras, characters and lights.

3 · ComfyUI VFX & SFXEffects passes and sound are generated locally on an RTX A4000. Nothing goes out to a cloud renderer.

4 · Cut & publishThe final edit goes up on YouTube and shows here automatically from the list.
